A short escape from Colombo or the beach. Visit the Temple of the Tooth and the Peradeniya botanic gardens, then climb into tea country for a factory visit and cool evenings in Nuwara Eliya.

Colombo to Kandy
Drive to Kandy, visiting the Temple of the Tooth in the evening.
Day 2, overnight in Nuwara Eliya
Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
The Peradeniya gardens, then waterfalls and a tea factory on the way up.
Day 3
Return
A morning walk around Gregory Lake, then the drive back.
